too drop a 4matic--get 2" lowered spgs for a 210 or 124--use the rears--throw away the fronts. Remove the front springs--cut 1.5-2 coils off the top. Install camber correction. Had mine dropped but rode too stiff...getting old i guess...

Hey yoram, the side skirts are factory original but have been wet sanded and painted to match the factory schwartz color. The entire body was wet sanded with 2500 and then 3000 grit, and then 5-coat sealed with glasurit poly clear, with a 3000 grit sanding between each clear coat. The paint is better than factory new, with a weird 3-dimensional gloss that has to be seen in person to be believed, much better than MB factory stock paint, no discernible orange peel. Black is the hardest color to keep perfect, but the most stunning when it is. I maintain the finish with Meguiar's Tech Wax and DRB Liquid Ebony swirl remover.

hi foreyes ,thanks for the info, now I understand why the car is the nicest one I`ve seen.
I have one more question if I may ,under the doors on top of the black trim is a long rubber (or plastic) trim, it goes from the front fender to the rear , did you paint over it too ? you see my car is 1999 white and the rubber trim is black ,I`ve seen cars that painted the black trim to the car`s color but did not paint over the rubber and it does not look nice. I dont know if it could be done and if it does not peel off after a while.
