As a new member (U.K.) I thought I'd post up a few pics of my 2001 E430 wagon. Obsidian with black leather. Pretty loaded with Linguatronic, comand, heated/fan assisted/elec mem seats etc. etc. So far I've lowered and wheeled it, changed the grille from Elegance to Avantgarde, changed tail lights to E55 wagon and got an AMG back box to go on. Hope you like.

Nice pic of the twisty in the background and the river below. Car is ok too! That stretch of road must be a blast to drive at full song

2000 W210,Silver on black, slightly lowered,82k miles,simple and clean.
^^^^ what roof rack is that? clamp-on mounting or drilled/bolted to the car? I'm tired of taking my bikes apart and putting them in the back seat since my amp/sub box take up alot of trunk space, but i'm not willing to drill my car to bolt on a rack...
oh and, very nice car! i hope to lower mine more soon and get close to that ride hight and maybe even do the roof black too with this car as inspiration!

Just posting some pictures of our 1998 FACTORY ARMORED LEVEL B4 E420. It has been a great car and we are now selling it. Best armored quality there is. Its a car that was born armored. I Belive the factory term is E420 Guard. Always maitained in perfect shape and taken on long trips. Soft ride and good handling despite the extra weight of the Ballistic steel and bulletproof windows. Factory armored Mercedes Benzes are armored using Ballistic steel and not Kevlar. Ballistic steel is better because it withstands armor piercing bullets such as the ones used with the Five Seven Pistol.

Glad you like the car, thanks. Lowering the back is exactly the same as the sedan - change the springs. The only difference is the self-levelling. You need to dsconnect the little link bar between the clamp on the rear anti-sway bar and the valve body/accumulator and adjust the threaded bit. Then the car will self level to its new lowered ride height. That makes it sound complicated but its really simple trust me!
