So rare that it may not even be original. I know it was not even an option on the 1996 line here in the states. Nice combo though. If it is original, then its pretty rare...so rare that you cant even google it for the w210.

not necessarily designo could've been a dude with lots of free time its not difficult honestly, ive done similar things, but mercedes deff did not do that
