i get the same problem to, wasn't like this before.......i'm not into this site anymore.....

they no longer allow image posting. You may, however, link to a picture.

I believe they were having issues with their database because they were storing images in the database (ouch ) and it was causing poor site porformance.

they need to hire someone who know's how to handle there crap

Mr. Xristo is right, the images used to be uploaded into the main database therfore bloating it in size and drawing back speed massivley. Just give them time, they have to go through the entire database slowly fixing everything.

no i havn't but i don't see things kinds of problems from bnzsport or e46 fanatics, from what i see almost everyone from mbworld be was here for the longest time are gone in bnzsport, just saying man it sucks that things aren't the same, site goes down, we lose our posts, it takes away from the whole fun we used to have......sorry to offend anyone, just how i feel and i'm not alone

Yeah I know what you mean, I guess I just took it the wrong way or something. But you have to relize, this is the largest Mercedes Enthusiast forum in the world for all kinds of different cars. It just seems that we've ran into a small (okay large) speed bump, in a few weeks everything will be much much better. The loss of posting pictures isn't that big of a deal, heck, mbworld is plenty fast for me.

The downtimes shouldn't happen anymore, unless it's for a positive reason such as implementing new features.
