sorry guys, things didn't go as i thought it would..
after being in a fender bender my car's not right. frame is twiked a bit and the lights don't sit in right and have to be modified but is not perfect... i will post pics once i work out the problems but here's a pic of the lights and also a car we worked on over the weekend...
20 in brabus wheels, xenon/hid lights, brabus exhuast and more to come.........
ps. make sure you know the bodyshop before you go there..... will save you time and money in the future

Alex, sorry to hear but couldn't you get the workshop to re-align it all again? If its they who fxcked it up, then they should fix it....I think it is stupid having to modify the lights just to fit a mis-alignment due to poor workmanship....

well even though the lights are said to be for 96-99 they still have to be be modified a little bit but the frame is messed up and the bodyshop due to their work is under investigation by the government so anything i do is gonna come outta my pocket which sucks.... but i took it to another shop which did it's best to allign it the best they could for now.........

dang man....you're really not having much luck dude...I think someone up there is trying to tell you to stop planning for all those mods............investigated by the Govt? What do you mean? Did you report it to them or something?
Yes, I told you the quality of those projectors might be kinda wishy washy........
Yeah, getting it done right is very important. Wrote off the entire front end of my E36 on a wall (radiator was backed up against the engine bloc!) and had it replaced. It was done right - everything aligned with laser sensors, to the 1000th of a milimeter or something I believe. The M3 body kit and everything else I subsequently put on fitted perfectly - no mods needed.
If I were you I'd try to get it back to stock, take your old mods off, sell it and start all over........better to have a straight car than have problems fitting stuff on in future, especially knowing you will forever be changing stuff on your ride.

hey david thanks for the advice but here's the deal: got into the accident on dec 2003 and had a 16 year old not yield to traffic and t-bone me pretty much. the insurance company of her's said they'll pay for brand new parts.
the bodyshop took alomst 3 months to do the job, they lied to me about so many stuff and when it would be done but they forged my sig. on the check that was made out to me. if i had the option i would have sold the car as is and keep the check but i had no idea. they didn't fix the frame... it's not bad but at the same time isn't straight. they used junk parts on the car and even down to the shocks, tools were left inside the engine cover, paint is off color, man i can go on and on.... i reported them to the bar, bureau of automotive repair, report to the police department and will have file law suit against them. i love my car and it saved my life, if it were another car i would be hurt big time so for now i'm doing what i can. i can always change out the lights, easy to remove..

Hope it works out.......sue them for their entire family and also get compensation to have it redone right, I beleive you are entitled to it.....Problem with legal cases is they take forever,...just make sure you keep all the invoices for anything you spend on in the meantime - anything and everything, to justify your claim. I hope you can get back on the road again soon tho. Good luck dude

the car in the link is a s-class, hahaah dave your too funny, i did get butt- fuked big time but it'll be my turn one day and i won't use the Ky jelly......... i know, it'll take forever but at least i have her now and it runs, also will help since i'm getting a new car soon, just don't know what to get, i have my eyes set on the new 5 series, range rover, or a 2001 m3..prob gonna go with the new 5

The unorthodox business practices of the bodyshop which knowingly lied and maliciously forged your sig. appears to have become criminal activity that should also be reported to the Better Business Bureau & DA...Hope it all works out in your favor.
