E320 brake upgrade

I want to upgrade the brakes on my 2001 e320. What brakes are bolt on? Local wrecker has a 06 c230 sport with drilled front and 4 piston.

Literally remove old caliper and rotor and put the new ones on. Sometimes with a few washers and you may need to buy longer caliper bolts.

I have seen the big brakes fit under 17s but i don't believe any can fit under the 16 inch wheels. I could be wrong though. the E55 w210 brakes MAY fit under a 16.

The wheel thing is no real big deal.. My wheels look like they've been underwater for the last 10 years!! I just picked up the car, and it's feeling like it has some warped rotors, so I need to do the brakes anyway, and the calipers look kind of haggard, fo I was going to try and find some 18" monoblocks for it, and step up the brakes a little while I'm at it.

Ah good plan. You can fit just about any OEM amg brake caliper and rotor under those monoblocks. The C32AMG is probably the best bang per buck IMHO. Ive run Stock, slotted/pads, C32 AMG, and Brabus 15 inch brakes under 18 inch wheels without problems on my 210.

Thanks for clarifying. They look pretty small so i thought they would. Wasn't sure.
