02 E320 losing power, dying

Hi everyone,
Trying to chase down the issue. Intermittently ( favorite issue, I know) car is losing power momentarily while driving, cruise will kick off and many of the lights in the dash come on for a few seconds (5-10) untill normal power is resumed. No CEL at any time. Sometimes the car even dies when sitting at stop light. It has been going on for a few months.
Replaced:
1. CPS (BOSCH)
2. Fuel Filter (MANN)
3. Spark Plugs (BOSCH)
and no improvement.
Car just passed 200K miles.
Anyone had a similar issue? Read many posts on here and cant find anything new I haven't already tried.
Thanks for any input.
Cheers..

Have you checked to make sure all your tires are inflated the same and are the same size------do you understand why I am asking?

No check engine light but you should have plenty of stored codes if the dash is lighting up like a Xmas tree. Plutoe's post refers to tire diameters or wheel rotational velocity being out of range and triggering the ESP. Be advised you will need to use STAR and the 38-pin connector under the hood to access all modules; on an '02 the OBD2 port will only touch the motor electronics.

After codes pulled and any issues addressed, then it is time to start chasing gremlins.

UPDATE:
Took car to Indy shop and plugged up to STAR a month or so ago and no codes pertinent to this issue. Of course cant fix a intermittent problem..
Also switched out the clock spring and no change.
Today daughter says car is making a grinding noise when in the right hand turn and the triangle flashes (this is a 18 yo description). So Im assuming the ABS is engaging now since when it activates I would say a grinding noise.
