2001 e320 wagon boiling off washer fluid?

Hey everyone...again. So the latest fix on my burgundy beast is the disappearing washer fluid my wagon has done since day one I've had her.
Not all of it goes, just about 4 liters there abouts. Took awhile for me to realize it's the coil superheating fluid in the reservoir and the same amount evaporates off every time I go for a drive.

I've done some research but haven't found anyone commenting that they've removed the black thermovalve on the coils, cleaned it and put it back on with any success, just wondering if anyone else has done that or if anyone has read a thread that someone has done that?

I have read that the part replacement is only 17 bucks but just wondering if it's a part capable of being pulled apart and cleaned with any success? It's part number 126‑830‑07‑84

I heard about coolant leaking into washer fluid, but other than that those things last forever.
What fluid you use? The heated tank will evaporate fluid this way or the other, but I just top it off with distillate water.
Standart 32F fluid gives me over a year before I have to worry about it.
But when you use 0F fluid, that thing has alcohol, or other mixture that evaporates much faster.

Hey Krzysztof, geez I've tried water, I've tried standard blue, I've tried mixing. I can't find any wet spots, I can't see anywhere it's leaking. And like mentioned, If I fill it and leave it, it's fine. But when I go driving and come back the same 4 liters is gone.

Even if you have open washer thermostat like Witek says in other topic, there is no way 4l will evaporate on single drive.
You've gotta leak

Dang it! Puzzler, there's never any fluid to see as there's never any leaking when I'm not driving.
Any clue's as to what would cause a leak without using the system at all (here in New Mexico where it's hardly even needed) while the vehicle is on?

You should see water/flud marks where the leak happens.
With wagon you have more possibilities, but I would start with pulling the plugs from pumps to eliminate electrical issue.
Do you have headlight washers?

Yes I have those headlight washers, think I've used them once for fun. I've never thought of the pumps as being a problem or an electrical issue of the pumps continually running because the fluid doesn't entirely leak out. I'm always left with about a liter in the main reservoir but I'll fill everything up and pull those electrical connections from the pumps and drive to Estancia about 15 miles away from here and back and see what I see. Thanks!

Headlight washers would be the first suspect. They leak under the bumper, so not place where you can see easy.
