E320 no fuel at fuel rail cranks no start if i cycle fuel pump get no fuel to fuel ra
E320 no start cranks fine i disconnected fuel line at fuel rail and cycled the pump got no fuel at all to rail

Check the main fuse box ((under the hood) - fuse #6 I believe, for the fuel pump to see if it's blown.
Also check the fuse box under the rear seat - read here

Any pressure at the rail?
Turn the ignition to position 2 and lmk what pressure it reads.
Edit:
When you checked the fuse box under the rear seat, did you check the fuel pump relay?

Pump comes on relay good swapped with another good relay same thing
There is no pressureat fuel rail even when disconnected and turn key pump comes on for approx 5 seconds but no fuel comes to the line going into the fuel rail at all

Also swap relays to make sure the relays themselves are functioning correctly.

How do you know the pump comes on? Do you hear it? If the pump runs, but no fuel, you have pretty well narrowed problem.
