Jeff Reno,

Welcome

Check the main fuse box ((under the hood) - fuse #6 I believe, for the fuel pump to see if it's blown.
Also check the fuse box under the rear seat - read here

When was the last time you checked/replaced your fuel filter?

Any pressure at the rail?
Turn the ignition to position 2 and lmk what pressure it reads.

Edit:
When you checked the fuse box under the rear seat, did you check the fuel pump relay?

Famous K40 ?
The pump should come for few seconds just by turning the key to position 2.

There is no pressureat fuel rail even when disconnected and turn key pump comes on for approx 5 seconds but no fuel comes to the line going into the fuel rail at all

Pull your Vmeter out and test the connectors where the relays are for power.
Also swap relays to make sure the relays themselves are functioning correctly.

And you tested the relay to ensure it's functioning correctly, right?

EDIT:
Did you confirm what kajtek1 stated?

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator.

How do you know the pump comes on? Do you hear it? If the pump runs, but no fuel, you have pretty well narrowed problem.
