Thanks for the compliments guys.

007 any time brotha thats what were all here for. believe me i wouldnt have half of my mods without the help of others on the forum!

R&R about 30-45 tops!.they are plug and play same wire connections just snap in. 8mm socket and ratchet is all thats needed for the install. New lights came with all bulbs except the orange blinker bulbs just remove from your present lights (mine were allready orange).Clear bulb will not work because lense is clear and will flash white. I will probably put my hyper white bulbs back in headlights till i get an HID kit. and allmost forgot! new lights came with instructions also.

Guys the pictures dont do any justice these headlights are NICE!

Lookin sharp Shane If you don't want any ugly amber reflections in your blinkers you can always use Philip Silver Vision bulbs, they're silver in color but flash amber

S, GL, Escalade ESV, my shoes
I got mine installed on Sat: the look is gorgegous !!!. Took about an hour to install & align the housing, and another 15 min at night to align the light beam. Over the weekend, I have had couple of CLK and E owners (encountered at gas station and mall parking lot) asking me for info about the light. Apparently, people have seen different type of customizations made to CLK and E, but this style of headlight is first.

It's type of customization that make your car stand out from crow.

Problem though: my gf went completely nut, whining that while we're trying to save $$ for our up-comming wedding, I would blow $440 on a set of light after spent $$$$$$ to upgrade wheels last month blablabla ...... I didn't want to tell her that I'm more passionate about car than gf, nor did I bother to tell her that it's my money. To make thing cool down, I told her that I would return the light and put the old one back on. (hey, you could win the fight with her, but can't win the battle ...)

Of course, that's BS story, since no electronic stuff could be returned whatsoever. So I'm looking to sell it via eBay or forum.

First $370 take it. I prefer local pickup, since it's quite a big box, and shipping could be significant, unless you don't mind paying shipping (UPS ground would probably run about $30-40). FYI, I'm in southern california.

I have used the lights for about 30 min at most at night, took couple picture w/ it, so it's pratically new. I have receipt, box, and everything ... .

Btw, the seller gave me two pair of H7 bulbs as bonus, since I have no need for it, whoever buy the light will have it too. I think the bulb are Philips Vision Plus, they cost around $30-40/pair.

THIS LIGHT IS TO USED ON W210 FROM 96 TO 99 ONLY

If you're interested in it, email me at hhbk@yahoo.com

Shane C & 007:

I just installed these lights and noticed that the light beam at night is out of alignment. What did you do to align it? Did you adjust the housing or the bulb?
I will post pics soon.

Got it, 1 more thing,
Is your light kinda dim at night?
I have noticed that the pattern and the brightness is not up to par as the original lights that I had on.
Maybe its the bulbs. Do you know if they are replaceable?

Thanks

New Lights are on!

Just installed the new lights over the weekend.
take a look.

They look great during the day but I am not too happy with the light at night.
You can see the last 2 photos, the lights have some kind of pattern to it.
Not really sure why thats the case. Also, they seem a bit dim.

Can others with the same lights comment on that?

mb,
for me, the lights seem brighter at nite, are u sure u are not projecting too high up. before i had adjusted at a few days i thought it was not brite enough, but i pointed them down a little more than stock ones.
also, i notice that u have to point the lites a little inward more than stock. it took me around 3 days to finally adjust. the pattern that u have i have it too ,but it does not bother me...
the bulbs are replaceable, if u want u can try putting your stock bulbs back into the new headlights and put them side by side with the bulbs you have there now to see if there is difference.

hope that helps.

And if halogens is still your choice, I would recommend 5000K Philips Crystal Vision for a nice sharp/clear, bright but slightly blue tinted beam....very close to most HID in color

Can you tell me which ones you have on yours?
Also where did you get it?
I would like to upgrade these bulbs soon.
