i have no idea. never done this. but if I had to do this, I would

1) use a web search engine to determine the approximate location where the part is located
2) identify what is needed to get my hands onto the part
3) swap out the part - it can't be difficult as it only has several fasteners

it looks like it may be located in the "C" pillar. if you still don't know how, you may need to experiment a little or
ask someone else to do this repair if it is beyond your level of skill. if you don't know how to remove the C-pillar
covering, try searching for DIY on how to remove the headliner or something.

Thank you raymond for your suggestions, but actually i did all that and no way esp after removing the "C"-pillar i found at the rear left side behind the driver side this kind of amplifer but in the another C-pillar right side their is nothing except seat belt

After searching i found that W210 digram but still don't know how to install that kind of amplifir which called C3 in the digram

my web search and review of the part number, shows it not to be a radio signal amplifier but
an anti-interference capacitor which is normally located right next to the rear window

radio systems are pretty simple by design: 1) power goes to radio, 2) radio output to speakers,
3) antenna to radio. then there may be an added radio output amplifier between radio and
speaker. there may be radio signal amplifier added.

you should try following the wire leaving the radio .... and ending at the radio antenna. somewhere,
along that signal lead, should be the any signal amplifier or filter. if you say you didn't find one in
the C-pillar, what do you find on the antenna wire? your diagram shows that the C3 device should
be right next to the antenna. why not take a photo of what you find and post it?

based on your information, that device is not used in USA models so finding someone with a car
similarly equipped is limited to non-USA, so perhaps an MB forum with heavier owner traffic from
Europe may be helpful

if it is not there in the c-pillar, perhaps it did not come with one. again, it is not a signal amplifier.
if the connection to the antenna is there in the C pillar as depicted by your drawing, you can
choose to insert the new device in and try it out. I think you are overthinking it and expecting
this to be a plug and play when, in fact, it may not...and simply requiring a little trial and error.
