1999 e300td code 0560

Well this is my first time joining a forum and also my first time owning a Mercedes… ouch lol. I recently picked up this 1999 E300TD and after about 800miles the car randomly wouldn’t start. This problem has become common now but still intermittent. It has thrown code p0560 for low system voltage since the problem started. The key works fine (unlocks the car, unlocks the steering lock, turns and illuminates the dash, runs the glow plugs) but after the glow plugs run and you turn the key to crank, nothing. No click, no voltage drop, doesn’t try to turn over at all. I have figured out that when this problem happens, I can unhook the ground to the battery for about 30 seconds and hook it back up then the car will fire up no problem but the check engine light is consistent. Battery is brand new and I just installed a new k40 board with no change. Also recently installed a Sean Traecy stage 2 ECU so the ECU is out of the equation as well. I really appreciate any help.

I dont have a solution only an observation based on your comments---I would look to the ignition switch---- after the glow the final right key turn does not close the circuit,ie no starter start
Other than than that -------dump the tune a waste of money

Why would the ignition switch cause a low voltage code? The AC blower motor recently started to surge and the engine also stated to surge under moderate boost. Also why against the tuned ECU? It deleted the egr, immobilizer and MAF ect… also picked up a bunch of power.

you may want to reread your post again as my opinion was based on your information(the car would not crank when turned to the right).
once again i think tunes on a 1000 car is foolish and could gas about any subjective bunch of power as BS as my standard 606 has loads of power and top end torque.
be smart get the car quick tested with MB DAS and forget you WAG diagnostic system.
