updated pics of "amg" wagon
just installed authentic euro impact strips and the euro license plate on my 2000 w210 wagon. the original lights have been tucked and wrapped with electrical tape inside the bumper. i didn't want to remove the bulbs because the computer keeps telling me there's a light out every time i turn the car on.

for those Euro plates. is it your original plate number? or does it say something else?
and if it does say your original plate number, can you be pulled over for that? or do they just not care?

Cool wagon, good looking girl! Congratulations on both!
I like the euro impact strips, my car had them from the previous owner but make a nice accent and makes you look different.

thanks everyone...
the plate is the original temp plate from zurich switzerland. i haven't had any problem with replacing my va plate with it. of course, i would put my va back when it is time for inspection. as a note of interest to those not familiar with va inspection code. i can't have any sticker on my windshield except for the safety sticker (in yellow) and the county tax paid sticker (different color every year) next to the safety sticker. mb signature sticker on the right side of the car has to be removed at time of inspection. i would have to repurchase a new one every year. believe me i got a box full of these mb stickers.:p

Edward, You Need to lower the wagon! it will improve the look and ride! Also try 1 bump/notch spring pads with the replacement springs...And to Finish it off talk to Steve re Some EURO XEON headlites! I just got a set from him and WOW are they BRIGHT (a lot Brighter than USA lites!)
no dot stamp but Wow and the High beams are also Brighter!
and they look a lot better than the standard (legal )lights

i did considered the clear side marker option. i ordered a set from mbnz.org and guess what 
. he sent me a set of defective lens TWICE. however he alledgedly sent out three sets. i returned both sets and still await my refund. he hasn't not response to my e-mail yet. what a crock !!!! anyway, now i like the smooth euro look of it all. i wrapped the bulbs in black electrical tape so the light wouldn't shine through. hope they won't get burn. keep my fingers crossed

Love that wagon of yours! Trying to find the front impact strips (without side marker lens) for my 2000 E430 Sport.
Can you direct me to a source? Are these factory items that can be ordered thru a dealer?
I know that evosports.com and autowerksexpress.com sell them also.
