Well many of you guys have followed my brake failure saga with my w211 for the past 3-5 months and MB has decided to finally just buy back my car. Unfortunately I cannot get them to do a tansfer of collateral; however there picking up the 12k dollar buyout payment to chase. I have the following items for sale which are compatible for the w211 series

Makes you wonder what they are gonna do with such a heavily modded car. How can they resell it when it contains things MBUSA cant service because they are "undocumented" in their service manuals? If a folding mirror breaks, for instance, how are they going to replace it for the consumer?

(What is "Convex Glass"?)

All in all, they ARE doing the right thing by you, and they WILL work out the quality issues fairly soon -because they HAVE to.

Where there’s a will there’s a way, no? Anyway, the CLS is an excellent choice the more I see the more I like it.

Hey whats up. Well Im actually de-modding the car this mornign and returning it to them stock this afternoon or tomorrow morning when I pickup my CLS. Hey konigstiger, can you believe they finally agreed to eat the 12k diffference which is owed on my car, I really thought they were just hanging me out to dry.

...MB dealers in the US use the same WIS as the MB dealers in the ROW...and that WIS documents almost all original MB mods...it is just a matter of knowing where to find that info...

Good thing you kept your original parts frank.
