Clunk when stopping

Clunk when stopping
I get this clunk from the transmission when coming to a full stop. I'm in comfort mode. I havent noticed this before, is this normal?

No. The solution is a software upgrade from the dealer. Same thing happened to me

I took it in and they told me it's normal. Can you tell me the software upgrade I need?

Not sure what software it is. They just said it was a transmission software upgrade? Anyways, it worked

Transmission unsmooth shifting
You could also get the TCU replaced. That did the trick for me!

Cluck is coming from the transmission,like it's downshifting.

I've had the same problem for months. I took it in once, and the tech drove the car with me (because they said they could not re-create it) and when I showed it to him, he said it was normal.

But now I'm going to go back and demand a software update and TCU change if that does not fix the problem.

Maybe there is a chicken in the trunk if you hear clucking. Remove the bird and let us know if the clucking stops.
