...but I deffinitely did not have to download any software. The site is awsome, and just free access. Sorry if you cannot make it work. I wonder if others have this problem......

I originally tried the link under Mozilla Firefox, which tends to have higher security defaults than MSIE. To be fair, the menu does work under MSIE and, since most people here probably use MSIE, I deleted my post.
