Price Advice
Does anyone know how $33,500 is for a White w/Beige Leather 2003 E320 w/11k miles? It's the basic car no navigation. It's got heated seats, sunroof, cd changer.

Thats not too bad, however you could probably find one with a few more options but with a few more miles on it, in that price range. Keep looking.

$34K for a $39K car? jump on it... if it's from an MB Dealer.. if not, $37000 is fair.

Edmunds.com says $32,709 for a private-party sale of the car as described, assuming "clean" condition and in my part of California. It always helps to say where you are. The exceptionally low mileage gets a $1,372 upward adjustment of the price.
Meanwhile, KBB.com says $42,220 for a private-party sale of the same car in "good" condition. That's a huge difference.

That's a very good price. I recommend doing a carfax on it though. It's worth $25 for piece of mind. I bought a certified pre owned 2004 E320 last month almost fully loaded, with 18K miles for $42K. I actually feel like like I should have paid closer to $40K for it, but so be it. It was the color I wanted and it had all the options I wanted.

I did see another good deal, after I bought my car, on cars.com (see below). As far as snow, I have no clue. I just bought the car last week and we have not had any snow yet. As of now, I just have the all standard all season tires (17"). I may have to switch to snow tires for the winter, like I did with my BMW 540......
