even if you did get a 4, I don't believe it's a V4. It's a straight 4.

Yea, I know. I think hood badge help me as some anterior mark where front bumper is when I park in the lot and help me keep center in the driving in the road.

Where are you located? I find it interesting that you have the US DOT required front side marker parking lights, but you have a 200K. This engine is not sold in the US. Also, folding side mirrors are not an option in the US model cars, and your license plate size seems to be the standard US DOT size too. So what is up?

I don't know of a single car manufacturer that makes a V4 engine, I never figured out why people always think that 4 cylinder engines are Vs.

The only V4 I can remember was the old Saab V4.

If it were my car I would immediately remove the V-8 badge - come to think of it I would totally debadge it. Then I would remove the hood ornament and tint the windows.

A 1.5" drop would complete the look.

          *ding* flat four is correct.

I think "horizontally opposed four" is the way they phrase it.

My motorcycle is a V-4 ( i have an old Honda Interceptor)

You raise some valid and interesting questions.

BTW...the folding mirror is standard on the S Class but not available as far as I know on the E in the US unless after market by Steve.

It seems you have a brown wood wheel and the appearance package, which should be black wood. Just curious, you have brown wood on the wheel and black wood everywhere else in the car?

Get rid of the V8 on the side and leave it as a Kompressor and I would remove the hood ornament as it is overkill in my opinion.. other then that the car looks great.

Also, it states that you have a 2005, the trim that is under the V8 Kompressor logo, that was only put there on 2003's and said SPORT. So, how is that possible...? What country are you in?

                  ditto.

I wish they sold a CL grill without the center star like they do with the SL.

I live in south Korea. Folding mirrors are factory option. I also wonder why my merc has US side marker and euro spec option ar the same time.

Reason the car is sitting so high in front...

Is because it has a 2.0 liter four cylinder in it.

You could make a fortune with that car here, just drive back and fourth to Mexico. Each time you cross the border back into the US, bring 2 or 3 illegal ailens back with you under the hood with all that extra space in there. Charge $5,000 fare per person.
