air leak when cold

the rear suspension on my car leaks when it's cold. Does this happen to others? I come out to find my car slammed.

Yah but it doesn't do it when its hot outside, that's the only thing that confuses me. I was hoping that it was normal b/c the air condenses, but i probably have a leak now that you say it shouldn't lower.

There have been a few posts reporting the same thing over the past year or two. It's not something normal. The car should be supported by the coil springs (yes, cars with Airmatic have coil springs too) regardless of the temperature. You don't say whether all four corners are lowering themselves, or just one, but in either case it's more likely an electronic gremlin in the Airmatic control logic than an actual air leak. Take it in to the dealer.

P-32-22-15 MAR03 Air suspension - low ride height in cold temperatures might apply.

“If you receive customer reports regarding low ride height at one or more suspension points after the vehicle has been parked at cold ambient temperatures, replace the affected suspension air strut / spring.”
