2004 E320 Owners - PLEASE HELP
I need an inventory and hopefully some pictures of what's in your owner's manual. Here's the story.
Some guy damaged my 2004 E320 AWD this past summer and my dealership sent it to their bodyshop for repairs. At some point, my owner's manual was stolen.
They've been procrastinating on giving me a replacement until now. Unfortunately, as I suspected, they screwed it up. First, they gave me the "purse" like case instead of the zipper one I had. More importantly, they obviously cobbled together manuals they found lying around. If you can believe this, they gave me the cheatsheet flipbook that reads, "2002 C-Class".
Can some kind soul here take a snapshot of what their manuals and case look like? I called the national parts center for Mercedes and was told they could give me the entire set for $150. I'm obviously not going to pay for it myself, so some pics of what I SHOULD have been given would help me prove that the body shop is nickel and dimeing me.
I would really appreciate some pics as well as the inventory of the books that should be in the case.

I actually have the manual, but I need all the smaller flip books, warranty cards, etc.
Unfortunately, nobody is selling any on eBay right now.
I guess some had the purse/magnet claps and some had the zipper like mine.
Can anyone provide a complete inventory and/or pictures of the entire set?

If you think a late 2003 E320 has the same inside of it, it would be easy for me to take a picture of mine. Mine has the snap cover on it like the one shown by someone else. I believe mine is complete. I have a tendency to just do it rather than reading about it (which sometimes gets me in trouble) so it is fairly undisturbed from new.

I am sorry to hear that this happened to you. I personally really understand why you would want all the little packets since I am one who always wants all that is original to stay with the car. I took some pictures and I hope this helps.
My booklet holder is just like the one showed on the previous picture. I thought you might want to see it from the side too.
