Is it possible to order an E-Class w. the Sports package AND have the optional air-suspension?

in the US you have to order a 550 sport to get airmatic.
Out Of Control!!
AHEM... my E500 sport has airmatic... I think your familiar with it no?

My 2007 E550 Sport comes with Airmatic standard.
When you guys say Sport, I think you mean what the rest of the Mercedes world call Avantgarde. That includes the nice white speedo and 5-spoke wheels etc etc....
We're looking at an Avantgarde (Sport in the US) but with the optional Sport package on top of that (no idea what you guys call it there). This adds 18" wheels, more supportive seats, paddles etc etc.
My question is if you have that optional Sport package, can you have air suspension?
Kar don - in Australia, you can have anything with air suspension. Even a base E200K. We're looking at the E280 Avantgarde with optional Sport package.
In the options list, under AIRMATIC DC it says "Not in conjunction with 486" which is the Sport Suspension which the Avantgarde gets standard. Does that mean I cannot specify the air suspension instead?
I don't even know if air suspension is worth it. It's a pricey option here ($5K) and our E240 Avantgarde (sports suspension) rides fine....

Well most members on here are from the USA. I am sorry, I didn't see your location. In the USA only the E550 and E63 for 2007 have airmatic DC. Previously you could get it on the E320/350 if you ordered the appearance package which was basically your avantgarde base car with a bunch of options on top of that. Your best bet is to call the dealer or MB australia.. sorry we don't have an answer for you.
Actually in the US the sport package isn't just the Avantgarde model. Over here we loose the BIX, which are std on the Avantgarde, but keep the headlight washers. In addition we get the 18" sport package wheels on the sport package. Everything else from the sport package doesn't make it over here.
In regards to the seating; that only appears to be available in in black. When you get a different color for you get the regular seating. Have not been able to verify that since I have as yet to see a US sport package interior in black side by side with a different one.
