Great pictures!

So what does this Brabus modification entail? What does it do to engine performance? Also, the big question, what does all that stuff cost?

Well IMO BRABUS is pretty much just cosmetic. I think BRABUS makes some of the best looking kits, wheels, exhausts around.

But as for engine mods, they lack real power, the B11 kit will boost your hp to 322 from 306, for around 6K installed, which includes an exhaust.
The 19" multipiece wheels will cost anywhere from 5K to 8K(with tires), depending on who you buy from.

Body kit will cost around 4 to 5K installed. the BRABUS instrument cluster will set you back another 1.3K, and the suspension should be another 2K.

2003 MB E500
I like it a lot but not sure I like enough to spend an extra $15K over MSRP. Guess if money were no object . . .

The exterior looks great, though I think on white it's a bit too much. It would look better on a darker car such as black or obsidian. The 336hp doesn't seem like it's worth getting though..

Well, thats certainly a healthy drop.....since the car has airmatic, what do you think was done to get it this low (Brabus module maybe?).

I think the brabus module is will not drop the car that much, it looks like they did further modifications to lower the car. BRABUS pricing is off the wall expensive, especially for their engine products. My ideal set up would be BRABUS cosmetics, and a kleemann supercharger.

I agree, Brabus is ridiculously pricey....we're going with the one piece Monoblock VI (multi-piece are a bit much) in 18's and I'm hoping there will be minimal wheel gap. We have a 00 S500 with the AMG 18's and there is very little gap (hope that will be the case with the E500 also, since it has Airmatic).

What is the story with kleeman superchargers? Where can you get them, what do they give you and what do they cost? Do any of these changes also void your MB warranty? If they do that is serious stuff.

Lastly, are these modifications only available for the V8 or do they also have something for the V6. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't since the easiest and cheapest way to get more from a V6 is to order the E500!

True the 320 and 500 are not far off in price, especially when adding the options on the 320 that are standard on the 500. But Brabus does make a B9 kit for the E320, it only ups the HP buy a little bit, and still costs around 4K. Kleemann makes infact the best performance kit for a 320, its a supercharger that boosts the hp from 215 to 330. which is more than the stock 306 you will find from the 500. and it costs about 9K installed. As for warranty, check with your dealer, every dealer has a different answer on whether or not the warranty will be void.
