Hi Bobby thanks very much for taking my post the way it was intended.
White is not a popular colour over here so it is a change to see just how nice the colour looks on the 211.
Bye for now,
John

Thanks for the pics. That color is incredible! Your car looks great. What year is it?
Also, what kind of wheels are those?
I may have to call my dealer to change my order. Black Opal is awesome.

It might well be an 'age' thing, but the chrome wheels just do not look right on Bobby E5's car.
Beauty though is in the eye of the beholder and no doubt I am in the minority.
Nice car,
John

It is so unfair that MBUSA have refused to import the 'wagon' into your country, but no doubt they have their reasons. Likewise I believe they have limited the options for the diesel? I wonder if they will review there decision when the new range of CDI engines come out for the 211.
We are very impressed with this modern, powerful engine and it is such a shame that you are missing out on it being fitted into the estate.
Good luck with your new car and I look forward to seeing pictures of it.
Regards,
John

Your car looks pimp! I would drop the front another 1" to dial in those sweet lookin rims! Probably the best lookin W211 I've seen so far!

I actually lowered the front and the rear the same amount. The rear tires tuck into the fender about 1 finger, while the front tires flush with the front fender (goes in a little). You would think the front of the car is higher because the street where I took the picture at is not leveled. Also the W211 rear fenders are actually lower than the front fenders, thus giving you an illusion that the front is taller. In person, there are no gap between the front tires and the front fenders. However, I would play around with it some more and see how it looks if I lower the car 0.5" more.
