Nice ride, congrats.
A new car from the dealer is like a blank canvas.. what are you going to mod first??
The rubber mats are a great idea for sloppy NJ winters ! (I used to live there)

nice.
I like how the black wood and the cashmere look (my sig shows a similar interior config but no wood wheel - I don't like cold hands in the winter :-) )
As someone with fair skin I've always wondered how 'solid' (ie non-light-transmitting) the roller covers are on the pano roof.
Do they let any light through, like the side/rear blinds, or are they a solid material that keeps the sun out? (not like I can retrofit on the incoming 07, but as a point of info for the future)

The power sunshades for the pano roof are very solid. They are thick cloth with no micro holes like the rear sunshade. They block the sun just like a regular sunroof would.

Hello,
I was recently looking at a car with the same options at Ray Catena. If you don't mind, I was wondering if you could pm me and reveal some of the terms of your deal.
Thanks

Gotta love Mercedes, they're gorgeous but they're also the only company that would require you to bend the front plate to get it to fit. The E is stunning for 2007.

If the European fixture is designed the same way, they must really have bent front plates.

Very nice shots of your car. It's a pretty color. Only thing I find it suprising for a dealer to slap a sticker or a dealer name on the back of the trunk. My dealer don't do such thing to a presitgious car, if they want their dealer know, they have their name on the license plate frame but never stick those ugly label on the body of the car.
