akzz: my question was not intended to make fun or ridicule your car. I think your car looks great especially with those rims, but it just seems to sit a lot higher than stock

could it be that he runs 18" so there is less rubber around the rims giving the effect that the car sits higher?

dont get me wrong sometimes theres a big gap with rims and u should lower it but sometimes to far looks like crap

his car isnt permanent at that ride height... renntech ELM...Electronic Lowering Module... adjustable ride height, he can slam it, or 4x4 it... he has the best of all worlds
and depending on some parts of the world dont they use a taller spring? I do agree, looks good, but maybe just a tad dropped would make it seem more "stock" for us US folks

lmao!!! a set of eibach springs would work wonders!!!!! i believe the 240 dont have the air suspension, my friend back home with his kleemann E240 had to drop it with springs once he installed his 19" GFGs.....

It`s possible to order airmatic when you buy a E240, but springs are standard. When you buy a E-Class in Europe or Asia you can choose between a "Classic","Elegance" or "Avantgarde" model.The "Avantgarde" is 15 mm lower than the Classic and Elegance. This case is a Elegance, and therefor a bit higher. But the 18"rims and the low profile tyres make it look even higher. And ELM of course....Nice car Akzz
