In my opinion you DO NOT have to realign the vehicle. I say this because you are only using the wheel as something to mount the alignment sensors on and assuming that the 16" and 19" wheels are straight then all remains the same. You are adjusting the camber, caster and toe of the vehicle and the size of the wheels should have no effect.
I could be wrong and I am sure the experts will chime in but this is my thought.
Good Luck

Not quite correct. How long ago was your car aligned? The vehicle may sit differently with the 19s. Is the overal diameter of the wheel/tire combo the same? How many miles are on the 16s? When mounting new tires you should get an alignment.

I bent 2 of my rims so I needed to get it fixed and gotta replace my tires, so I put my stock 16"s on and wanted to get an alignment. The guy doesn't have a 19" bracket on his alignment machine so he told me that if I gotten an alignment now with the `16" I'd need another alignment once I get the 19"s back on, so just wait and do it (elsewhere) once I get the 19's on. Figured that was kinda strange. It's actually cheaper to do an alignment with 16" rims over 19"s. The shop that I did my previous alignment on charged me $90 for an alignment just because I had 19's on. I usually pay $40 to get all 4 done @ the shop that told me to wait.

If you bent two of your rims odds are you hit something hard enough to knock the car out of alignment. I'd say get it aligned - especially for $40, thats dirt cheap.

I am still wondering how they can only charge you $40 when a bolt kit for the front can cost $50. I think that I paid (a very good ind. shop) $90 + $50 for a bolt kit to set some settings in the front end. The dealer wanted about $200!
So I think that you see that most all of us agree that it does not matter if you align the car with 16s on it and then change the wheels.
