.... nothing to brag about, it is a previous model....
nice~

Depending on which camera you are using, perhaps you can switch to "sport" mode, or increase shutter speed.

you got a nice clean mod, re-take those photos.

To be honest,it's a great camera,a Fuji Finepix S5000,but I think my hands were trembling with joy. I'm really happy with how it looks, and will take some more pics with different perspectives...

Nice job ! BTW, you may want to delete the photo(s) with your license plate showing.

I've noticed that some people obscure their tags/plates. Why? The car's insured, and truth be told, the cars are hard to steal... and if someone wants one that badly, they could just as easilly steal one off the street.

AMG Exhaust Tips,I think they add an aggressive look to the car. I looked at the single tips, and they just didn't do it (for me). I don't think I'm gonna do anything else to it. People have a way sometimes of overdoing modifications, and it goes from classy to trashy,I'm trying to prevent that..... BTW ...Thanks for all the kind words you guys posted about the ride, I felt my vision was gonna be correct, and now you guys have confirmed my thoughts.....Thanks again

It's not a matter of stealing the car Barry, it's a matter of one more ingredient of identity theft.
Best to err on the safe side and leave it out IMO.
Unfortunately this forum is open viewing to everyone on the net, the good and the bad.
So the less personal info open to that view the better.

What's the difference between someone seeing your license plate on your car on the internet or that same person seeing it on your car sitting behind you at a stoplight?

Other than that...

Oh, and maybe lose the orange corner lights. BLECK!

You beat me to it!! Its visible to the entire driving population. Obscuring it in a picture doesn't protect you from anything... but people do it.

I'm sure someone has to have a good answer though, right? I mean EVERYBODY blurs it out. That many people can't be wrong. I even did it in my sig for reasons unknown to me.

The difference is that someone behind you at a stoplight, parking garage, etc. doesn't see your age/DOB, home town,
and whatever other personal info that forum members choose to make available in their public profile on this forum.

I guess I can accept that. But let's say that this forum didn't have the little "profile" section for each member showing that info. Or let's just say I left it blank. Would it be ok then to show my plate?

I wonder how much info someone can find out about you if they just went to the DMV with your plate #.

There are other scenarios to consider from the plate alone, without any other info. One is "copycating". The internet is visible everywhere. So somone looking to use your plate "copy" on his near match car. (for whatever illegal purpose) well, there it is in plain view. In fact, for him/her, the further away from your location the better.

Other than law enforcement, an attorney is the only one that can obtain your personal info from the DMV....and they can do that right from their pc.

Edit : I guess what I'm saying is that it's very easy to obscure your plate in a photo so why take a risk, whether it's real or imagined. Not likely someone's going to try to open the front door to your house during the night, but you do lock it don't you ?

Alright. I can't really argue against that. I guess that I shouldn't say that lots of times my car is unlocked in the driveway with the keys in it. That way I know where they are!

Oh, and my home security code is....oh wait...nevermind

..i agree,, lets just say i was a kid and wanted to take my moms car over the bay bridge and not pay the toll,,, i can print your plate number (that i seen over the net) and tape it over my plate,, go through fast track!! .. then you can explain that to the judge!!!

... or worse,,, let say i wanna do a drive by!!!

protect yourself
