I didn't find anything in the Convenience Menu, just in the manual on page 118. I'll try to set mine soon and test if it works.

In order for the right side mirror to turn down when reverse gear is activated, the "right" mirror adjust button must be depressed on the driver's door. Once this is done and reverse gear is then engaged, adjust the mirror to your liking.

Then press "M" for memory and select #1, 2 or 3.

Once park or forward gear is engaged the mirror will return to its normal "right side" postion. There is usually a slight delay before this readjustment takes place.
