W211 E-Class group in Bay Area?
Hey All,
Just wondering if there is an E Class group somewhere in the bay area...I've seen a CLK and even C Class group in the Brentwood-Concord area but nothing for the W211.

I would be happy to cruise by and show support, and will also tell my E500/550 buddies if we can get one started. I would imagine any of the Administrators can direct you on how to get one started...Should be a sticky.

Guys...just started lurking on this site. I would be interested if any of you started a W111 group in the bay area.
BTW, since all of you live in the area. Do any of you know of a GOOD detailer that can rid my car (Black E500) of a ton of swirl marks? I brought my car into a 'reputable' shop in SF a few weeks ago and got it back with a ton of swirls...even after they re-waxed and re-polished it. The shop really took me for a ride...but don't know what else I can do except just try to fix the problem and move on.

There is a hand carwash in Oakland that I know where they will take the swirl marks off and give you a good polish/wax. It is at 657 West MacArthur Blvd, but the service is great. Ask for the Owner (a lady) ans she will explain the process and introduce the the technician to you). Also, their regular wash is really good...they take their time. Ask for Jamie or his son to wash your car; I always request that they point my car into the sun so that they get all the smudges off the windshield.
