Dealer experience was amazing. I purchased it at Sudbury Fine Cars.

Nobody in Toronto would give me the time of day, and certainly wouldn't move from MSRP. The guys in Sudbury were begging me to take a test drive, and came down considerably from MSRP.

Post hasn't been anything much, as the car has been rock solid. They did mail me a few hats and mugs for good measure

It is about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. My parents live in Sudbury so it wasn't as big of a deal for me.

Nick,

I also live in Toronto and took delivery of a E500 from a Toronto area dealer one month ago. Since it is my understanding all MB dealerships in the Toronto area are MB owned, therefore everyone has to pay list price, i.e. Cdn$81,500. Are the dealers in Sudbury privately owned? Just curious to find out what kind of discount did you end up getting.

The dealership in Sudbury was definitley privatley owned (as he also sold Volvo and Subaru).

Fire me an email if you want more info, nk1@rogers.com

One more thing, a few dealers in Toronto were offering me $1000 off a c240, so I think a deal is possible in Toronto - I just did not want to put up with it.
