03 E500 and Corvette
I used Warranty Direct. Don't know about AAA.

Why did the deny it? What was the failure and why was it refused.

I needed new motor munts, thrust arms and bushing and a new tranny conductor plate. They said they were pre-exsisting conditions

what year and model is you car. How long did you have your warranty before you try to file a claim?

Haven't had to use my warranty yet, but I bought it through my dealer. Granted it probably cost a little more but my thought is since they sold it I shouldn't have the problem you just faced. Dealer also does all my service. I bet that repair isn't cheap, then again no repair is. Sorry to hear, that sucks.

2003 w/33k on it at the time, paid $3500 for 3yrs/85k miles.
