Question Sprint 8830 and Bluetooth Puck

Steve installed the bluetooth puck for me a year or so ago. it worked fine with my Motorola V551. I now have a Sprint 88330 Blackberry. The bluetooth links up with the phone, but the address book and call history are not available. is there an update from MB to make this work?

There is another thread about BB and the OS that youmay want to check.

https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w211/202956-updated-bluetooth-software-now-not-working.html

Some versions seem to not support the Address book. I personally had issues with my 7100 but the 8100 works fine and have even updated to the newest T-Mobile version for the 8100.

You also need to make sure that you Address Book is set to push. I think there should be an option in your BB for the the 'MB PhoneSystem' wher you and select the properties and may be able to 'Transfer Address Book' manually.

Good luck... I know it can be frustrating to have a new phone that doesn't have all of the features available.
