the tires are 225 in the front b/c i got the tires for 580 mounted and balanced. the ones in the front were 245x35 and those didnt fit. and he wouldve charged me like 800 for 245x30x20 in the front and 275x35x20 in the rear. so he gave me a better price with the 225s.

Doesn't that tire size mess with your speedometer?

They look great. You have to be really careful going over pot holes. I worry even with 18 inch wheels.

My rim installer said he can make 245/35/20 fit if he shaves some susp parts a lil. I went with 245/30/20 fr and 275/30/20 rear.

thats the same setup i wanted to go for. and they wouldve had to shave this bolt to make them fit but they still rubbed so i went to a smaller size.

and thanks again guys. still a lil broke from getting the tires so i havent dropped it yet but it will happen for sure.

You do understand that there is a way to lower your E500 for about $1.50 right? That's right, one dollar and 50 cents. I had my car lowered using this method for about 6 months before I got my links.

Search for "washer method" and you'll find how to do it. It's insanely easy and takes about 30 minutes to do.
