HA!

I was wondering when you were gonna get around to this, Adam. It's a good price, gentlemen. I'll probably make this a Christmas present to myself.

So its a gain of about 15 HP and 15 lbs of torque for both the V8 and V6? What is the turn around time? This sounds too good to pass up!

Turn around time is 3 days including UPS transit.

Yes, gain is for V8/V6.

Did it and glad

Noob, here.....had Adam flash my wife's E500 and WOW!!!! What a difference.

I did a drive in to EuroElites and Adam did the flash one afternoon.

I'm just going by SOP dyno numbers, but the car just came alive. It feels about 1500lbs lighter than before.

Throttle response is much quicker, shift points are much better and cleaner, it revs soooooo much quicker it really feels like a much larger hp/torq gains than are listed.

I highly recommend this for anyone who want's to "wake-up" their car.

Great up-grade and Adam is great as well. He's very knowledgeable on every aspect of Mercedes that we talked about.

I have no financial interest in EvoTech or EuroElites, just a happy camper with the up-grade.
John

Yep, looks like I'm next. I'm just trying to figure out how I can be without my car for a couple of days while I ship out my ECU.

I didn't forget about you, Adam.

Adam,

Check your email. We may be able to get this worked out this weekend.

Let me know! It would be a little "Happy Birthday" to myself for being a good boy this year.

ECU reset after doing an ECU upgrade

if an ECU reset is done to the car after having it upgraded/flashed does the car go back to stock performance or retain the upgrade programming?

Are you talking about the "Sneaky ECU reset" or a reflash at the dealer?

If you're talking about the "Sneacky ECU reset", then no, it won't go back to stock performance. It will retain the new programming. Remember, the sneaky reset really only resets the shift points in your adaptive transmission. It really doesn't affect the ECU at all.

If you're talking about a reflash from the dealer, then yes, it will overwrite the Evotech tune. If this happens, most tuners will do it again at a greatly discounted price but Adam will have to speak to that.

Adam,

It looks like I'm still on schedule to send you my ECU on Monday. I'll let you know if anything changes. Oh, and happy birthday!

Adam,

Sent my ECU out to you this morning. You should have it by tomorrow morning/afternoon.

Check your voicemail at your office. I had a couple of questions and I left you my cell phone number for a call back.
