Rapid ticking in line with throttle C43.
Can hear a rapid ticking when engines on at idle that speeds up in line with the throttle as opposed to revs.
Cant really hear from outside only in the cabin.
Not a knocking very much a tick.
Too quiet for video unfortunately.

So when the car shifts down a gear the ticking doesnt shoot up in speed as the revs go up, its more linked to accelerator input.

First I thought it might be something rattling under the hood, since you mentioned you can only hear it inside the cabin, do we suspect something rattling from the dash?

It disappears after a long drive, really strange one to be honest. I dont think its something loose, its not connected to heating of fans etc as ive turned all those off and still there.
Cant seem to figure it out.
After re watching the video its alot more prominent in the video than real life, the phone mic has done an incredible job of isolating it above the engine noise, as its not so discernible as that to the ear.

its definitely engine bay (in front of the driver side) but close to the bulk head which is why i can hear it in the cab.

Is this new or you just noticed it. The injectors can be noisy, as well as the HPFP. Try to isolate the noise. On one side of the engine or both? Back or front. The HPFP is located on the back of the engine on Bank 1 (right side).

its 100% back of engine by the bulk head, drivers side (UK so RHS)

I just don't recall hearing these sounds like OP. If what I am hearing in OP's video is what I am thinking ie. Cricket noises, it might be from the belts perhaps
