Saw these on ebay, will they work?

I was under the impression you couldn't after 2006, but his clearly says 07-08 and will not work w/ 06 or earlier .. makes sense.

Got an email back from this guy and he said it is a direct replacement. I will be looking at my markers in detail before I buy.

Painted Sidemarkers may be too much for the cops to bear here in NJ; if they want to see amber lights, this will provide it.

Thanks! I have airmatic so I'm using a Renntech ELM. I had a shop paint them for me...

Really? 2006 E350's came w/ Airmatic?? So in 2007 they discontinued Airmatic on E350's?

No you don't. You can access the clips of the side markers from the wheel well. You do not have to take the whole bumper off.

I, too, recently ordered a set of these markers for my '05. I see that they come with a set of amber bulbs; however, from what I've seen, the amber bulbs will cause the "egg yolk" effect when used with the clear cover. What that means is that during the daylight, when the light is off, the yellow bulb will be visible through the clear lens.

Has anyone had any experience with the "stealth" bulbs - the kind that are made for use with a clear lens? For example, the chromium type sold by Hoen or the silver bulbs made by StealthAuto. Of course each company says their bulbs are the best. Who am I to believe?

Really, on an 07 Bumper? I didn't find any access to the corner lights on my bumper whatsoever.

There is a diff between the 06 and 07 models as far as those side markers go.
