Hi,

Do you know where I can get a front end parts diagram for Mercedes E class sport? Basically I want to identify the parts that I need for the front.

Here, unless your car is relatively new.
http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb0.asp?TP=1

Otherwise you would have to buy access to the MB on-line EPC (free for US citizens).

E CLASS FACELIFT PARTS DIAGRAM!!!
Hi I checked DETALI.RU but they only go upto the W211 non facelift model.
Im basically looking at a snapshot of the front end on a facelift e class V6 CDI to understand what parts go wear and what I need to get from dealers.
Can anyone help me out here?

thanks

As IKCHRIS said, you can get free access to EPC. If I read correctly, you have to give a CC# but it is free for the 1st year. After the 1st year you can decline the renewal.

There is also a sticky in this forum giving you more details. As it's MB you should be able to get any info you want.

On the sticky, someone from Europe mentions similar access to the UK or Euro MB site is about E$15? Have you tried the MB UK site?

Your earlier expression reminds me about a guy in Mexico quoting a price "in American Pesos".

By the way, I thought the US keyboard too gives the Euro sign with "AltGr+e".

EPC claims that it doesn't support MS Internet Explorer 7. Is anyone running 7 with EPC and are there any issues???

I usually use firefox but I have used IE7 too, even Vista has been OK. Some time ago they did not support the latest Sun Java version but that restriction has gone now. Perhaps it would be just a rare issue that I have not noticed when only using at a few random cases. I'm referring to the European EPC but I assume the US implementation is identical (except that the Euro site seems to be down at the moment).

Edited: the site is up again, tried with my home computer with IE7 (this is an XP machine), it was configured to use the current Sun Java and it seemed to be doing perfectly fine.
