Depends on what you mean by "fit properly". IT should fit the car but I think the rear will be less aggressive looking than the fronts.

Check your PM.

Sorry. I take it back. I must have been thinking of something else at the time.

The wheels should fit fine. I have similar specs on my wheels and although they could be a little more flushed, it will be fine.

Shoot a PM to opalw208. He knows a lot about rims, and should be able to help you out.

I have those wheels in 20" but they only have a small lip otherwise they won't fit the W211 body. Check this link
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-RS...mZ290248467565

Mine is the white W211. Thats what they will look like if you want this style on your car. Call or write and ask for Warren. Tell him Alex from New Jersey sent you to him. He will take care of you. You won't believe the price!! Cheap!

Whoops my bad. I believe he told me the ones you are looking for (w/ the deeper dish) will fit with spacers I believe is what he told me. They are a bit more expensive though and more prone to bend on potholes! Keep your presure up in your tires!Goodluck!

My wheels are 20x9 +38 and 20x10 +43. The front is effectively the same as yous towards the fender. The rear is off my 1mm. Although I think mine can stand to be out a little more, it certainly is not hitting anything on the inside. It is not close to hitting the fender.

BTW, my tires are 245/30 and 285/25.

2005 E500 with 'some' BRABUS upgrades
From what I know SONIC Motorsports in the Bay Area CA are the official importers and distributors of those wheels. Give SONIC Motorsports a call, they can set you and your pops up. They are in San Francisco but they ship wheels for like $80/set. I was looking to buy a set of these wheels from them but have decided to go with a different set.

Here is a picture of a car they did not to long ago with the wheels you like. Good luck PM me and I can give you thier contact info and who to talk to
