Passenger door lock pin problem...Help
Hi, I have a problem with my passenger side door. The lock door pin just goes up and down rapidly whenever i press the lock button or the unlock button. The car locks and unlocks fine and all the other door pins work correctly. Anyone know what the problem could be and any fix? Thanks.

check the door switch - plunger which is screwed into the door jamb. this is
a know weak point; mediocre design. you can try taping a dime just opposite
the switchn then closing the door to see if the pogo-ing subsides. if so, it
may indicate that the switch is needing to be replaced....or just needing
adjustment.
electrically speaking, the switch is designed to be normally closed, ie when the
door is open the swtich closes and power goes to the lights.
it should be a $20~ part
