Water in drivers footwell (uk)

Hi
I've got water in my drivers footwell and two deep lakes forming in the engine bay next to the bulkhead on both sides on my UK 2003 320cdi.

I've seen posts about removing drain plugs but does anyone know how i access them?

Will this empty my lakes too or just stop them filling any further?

Thanks

quick guess: the puddle is from your heater core, so removing the water is one thing, but you might still need a repair...

good luck,
G.

Blocked drain valves on driver and/or passenger side will cause water to enter the vehicle.

PM your email address and I will send a copy of the MBUSA Service Campaign. The bulletin contains instructions for inspection, removal/clearance. You can DIY, or may possibly receive a MB dealership goodwill repair by presenting bulletin.
