mudflaps/ Launch promotion folding seats

mudflaps/ Launch promotion folding seats
Anyone get or install the MB mud flaps on front and rear wheel wells? Do they keep the car cleaner? I have a truck that the flaps cut my work in half, and have had a few Honda and VW's that the small discrete mud flaps keep rocks and dirt off the sides very well.
Our Lexus SC400 has none and gets spray on the doors almost immediately after any washing... Real frustrating....
Anyone have these? Feedback?
Launch promotion folding seats- Are these the same as the ski package? Rear and front seats fold? Or just the rear?

launch seats are rear-only, no ski-bag and I don't think there's a hole in the armrest for one either.
apparently they couldn't get the folding front seat to work or something, I've never yet heard of someone getting one.
i'll shoot the folding rear seat on friday when I pick up my car :-)

I am going to have mud flaps put on my car tomorrow when I take it to the dealer. I don't know how they will look on lighter colors but on black they should pretty much just blend in.

Had mudflaps installed on the front only ... so far. Did it myself after ordering the items online. Here's the thread I started on it:

The launch fold down rear seats are terrific. We make regular trips to the nursery for our yard. With the seats down, you can stow a whole lot of flats of plants back there!!! We would probably never use the fold down front seat anyway for two reasons: no need and concern over damaging the seat back. So the way it came is perfect for our needs.
