FLAT Badge No Has ever seen on a w211 EVER!! Pics in side
I have a new flat badge. NO BADGE.. The flat badge and the grill badge was to much so i had the hood badge removed off i think its awesome plus never done before.

Dude, that is sooooooo tight. I love it, but only because you have the 07+ grille with the little MB emblem on it, so it works. Very nice.

Seems like expensive body work. What did you fill the hole with? It's a pretty big gap left when you remove the star. Plus paint, clearcoat, etc.. What did you have to pay? Who did you use?

I'd be concerned to find an expert body person who can match everything as OEM.

my cost was 100.00 and 1st he welded a metal plate on the bottom and then the top then smoothed it out. he spot painted the section and then 2 clears on the full hood. it looks great no defects or waves etc.. The double badge thing looked funny but this looks awesome very subtle but makes a big diff to me lol.. naything to be different

It does look good. I just don't have the guts to do it to a brand new 2009 E right now. Maybe after I get more miles on it
