Never mind that... The car was parked there as part of the Costco discount car purchasing program. "Take one brochures" list the participating dealers. Must be times are tough if MB is participating.

i have seen BMW and Audi there too (before all the fiasco) ...
BTW, Volvo has a great deal for Costco members. $1000.00 more off, extra $750.00 gift certificate that can be applied to the car and then $500.00 from Costco gift card.

Seems like all we see in the NW is a Dodge Charger, Dodge Ram 4X4 and Infinities - and an occasional Accura -

Dealership pays a monthly fee to Costco to participate to increase foot traffic. One Phoenix area MB dealer has been participating for years and offers a marginal discount. IMHO, one can do much better on their own when it comes to high-end vehicles.

You're right. A savvy shopper can usually get a better deal than from one of those customer referral programs.

That program is ok for people who do not know how to negotiate and will be thrilled with an extra hunderd of the deal (wink, wink) because they're a Costco Member.

Right now, all luxury dealerships are giving heavy discounts... and exotic dealerships are giving such huge discounts, that you could buy a new C-Class for cash, with your savings.
