Loaded... Nav Voice HDD etc. Great little car. Solid, fast.... Why on earth don't they make this as a notchback Coupe?

Btw, I hear they are coming out with a C-class coupe since the E-class coupe is gonna be more expensive than the CLK that is going out so they need a lower end coupe I guess. Too many models. IMO, they shouldn't make a MB that is priced under $50K.

Yes, they are nice. I received one as well. A black C350, P2 (bi-xenon, rear shade) and Nav. The stereo is really really good. See if there is a demo audio DVD in the glove compartment!

I've gotten a few C300's, hated them after the first day or so. So crude and unrefined/unluxurious IMO. Definitely very solid, durable and sporty feeling though, I can imagine the C350 should be a fun little performer.

thanks for sharing this information here
Just bought 500 miles ago a 2007 M-B C350 4MATIC service loaner and really am happy with the car thus far. Speedy, safe, thoughtful design plenty of power for an all wheel drive car and then some. M-B is practically giving the 2007 C-class vehicles in stock because of a major body change and all the loyal M-B folks are holding out for the new style C-class

I have had C300 and C350 loaners from my local dealership.
I have to say I liked the 350 - had real ***** and thought the newer interior was novel.
When I got the C300 on my next visit, the luster had vanished. Other than the cool ground effects, dDidn't seem any better than an accord in performance nor interior fit and finish. I really started to notice the liberal use of plastic and while the newer comand system is different, didn't really turn me on.

I have to say that I loved the C350 the whole time I had it... thought is was a good replacement for the E at new car time when the US Economy tanks, but then I got my car back. While a loaded C class was nice, there really is no comparison with my pretty loaded E 550... but... there is an almost 20K price difference (sticker) when I compare the build-out of my car with the build-out of that C Loaner I had.
If a loaded E class is out of the question for someone price wise, a person can be pretty happy with a loaded C350. Having an AMG C63 built makes no sense to me though.
All in all, an enjoyable loaner car experience. D or B service (as it was listed on the RO) cost $560. Expensive Oil Change.

The C is nice but until they replace the Ford Focus quality plastics on the dashboard I will NEVER look at one seriously.
IMO the 3er is still better car than the C. Not to mention that the BMW is faster when compared to each one of the C-Class equivalents.

I agree. It's a good looking car, especially for its size, I think one of M-B's cleaner new theme'd designs (I love the S-Class but I think that even that has some awkward areas), but I wish they had at least one model equipped with a true M-B-esque quality interior.

Agreed -- I went to the dealership looking at the C350 (very similar except for steering, to my Bimmers). Loved the ride, but then got in an E and it was completely night and day. I didn't look back at the C. i

Had a C350 loaner last year and it was fun and 'sportier' ride but once I got back in the E you 'feel' the difference. Even the kids noticed it though they did like the pop-up nav better in the C ... guess I did too .. those little gadgets get you every time!
