'06 E500 Flint Grey - Charcoal
Well the wagons are harder to come by but that just sounds ridiculous given that a comparable sedan would be in low to mid 20's

Certified 06 E350 low mileage wagons seem to be in the 30K + range around NYC region. I would try to get extra years of warranty in the deal.

I DON'T COME HERE ANYMORE
I just started looking and found one for just under $30k with 22k miles on it-pretty well equiped-$35k sounds high to me as well.

E 500 4matic, MINI John Cooper Works
Trouble is there aren't many around but that seems high but for that particular car there aren't many around so it's probably more of a sellers market - of course if you're willing to travel to get one you probably can do better - but they are very hard to come by as they didn't make them after 06 - (4matic, wagon,500's)

Good luck - btw - my buddy just found one in So CA and had a Brabus kit engine kit added to it - awesome - but he said if he had to do it again he would have saved the 15K it cost him - the performance isn't there in real world driving for the money.

There are loads of 350's around but not 500 4matic wagons - very rare

2004 E500 Wagon
That price is high. There are over 20 E500 wagons on Cars.com, but some are the 2003-2004 W211s that had a few bugs to work out. Some are just at the edge of warranty. The E500 wagons are scarce, but they are great rides, poise and power. Higher service costs can be expected fromthe 4Matic and Airmatic systems. Negotiate some extra warranty years and you might get a good deal over the long term.
