If you were to move from W211 (and MB) what car would you pick

Oh I'm strictly talking about exterior-wise. Xf might be unique(since it is an 09+ model and there are not that many on the road) but in my opinion its exterior looks are no where near unique. The exterior looks cheaper(and looks remind me of a 01-03 monte carlo/buick lucerne).

Quote: Stop at Jaguar dealer and check. Certainly you should look for a supercharged edition. Get inside, very contemporary and classy at the same time interior. Comfortable, good quality. XF coming well loaded, so you do not need to search for P2 and leather as you do when get E class. 19” wheels coming as standard. Choose only dark colors for exterior, light colors look cheap. XF is very unique car, so no feel like everyone has it. At least in my neighborhood E class is exposed on ever second driveway. More common than Camry.

Not a single plug for Infiniti? Surprising
I'm in love with the M45 ,looks real classy IMO,been seeing them in a nice Charcoal Grey and when I pull the trigger ,that's where the gun will be pointed......and strangely, the rims on it look just like the Jag above...

Realistically speaking:

[All would be Used/CPO]

-W221, although I'm not totally in love with 'em, and driving one I feel like I'm chauffeuring.... and driving one back to back with my E doesn't make me feel like its worth the price difference to me.... But that's for another Thread...

-W216 CL, although I'm kind of "meh" with them as well, and don't know if I like it more than a 221 enough to pay the price premium.

-I'd LOVE the new F01 7-Series but will wait for massive depreciation to hit before I consider it.

-If the new F10 5-Series carries over what the 7 is doing I'll be all about that after its first year or so.

-'08 M3 Coupe.

-Infinite G37 Coupe loaded to the brim.

-I was in a weird giganteur SUV phase (looking at Tahoe's and Escalades, etc. as a second car), but thankfully that's starting to fizzle.

-The W212 was initially gonna be my next move but then I saw it and I just don't like it at all, so that's out.

-If I decided I wanted to drop the whole "car enthusiast" thing and go with something reliable, comfy and worry free, I'd go with a Genesis.

-Aston Martin V8 Vantage if I'm feeling frisky.

Besides that I dunno, I'm pretty damn picky. I love Sports Cars but rule alot of them out as a primary car as Safety is a big factor for me and I feel kinda clausterphobic and vulnerable in some of 'em.

You know, I feel the same way. That's what I like about AMG's: performance of a sports car and safety of a Benz.

I have to agree. First time I saw one on the road from the back I thought the XF was a Buick. Profile kind of looked like a GS Lexus. From the front I thought it looked like an upscale Kia.

They are nice inside - but I have no desire for any current Jag. Even the new XK IMO is the car that a guy who wanted a Vantage but couldn't afford one might buy.

I do like the XF a bit, but I agree that it does look anonymous with some "lesser" cars than it is at times.

After looking from so many different cars recently such as CLS and SL, neither come with all the options that came with my E class. Even an E550 doesn't come with some of the stuff. I don't think I'll be moving into anything else anytime soon: better start the modding then I guess

I can't remember what I wrote here. But I think the only car I like enough that's out now that might have a chance to convince me out of mine, is the Jaguar XF. Really feeling that thing, nicest Mid-Size sedan come 2010 models IMO.

Edit: Well realized I had less enthusiast words about it after scrolling up just now. I guess I finally got a good look at one in person, despite its slight anonymity, it looks pretty stunning in real life.
