Moving Over to the W211 AMG World
If anyone has interest, my 07 E550 is for sale, White/Sand, sport, Premium 2, Keyless Go, Nav, 9K miles, MB warranty until 8/11. No paint work or damage, absolutely as new in and out. Looking to get somewhere close to $40K. I enclosed 2 pics, one with original wheels, one with CLS wheels which are currently on the car.
PM me or email to Kelerik1@aol.com if anyone has interest.

Mind posting or PMing me price? I have not ruled out an E63 and just wondering what kind of deals are being worked.

I've driven it a little over the weekend, it is substantially quicker than the 550 and corners much sharper, but not as powerful or fast as my CTS, which is not at all not unexpected. Between the color combo (my favorite), all the bells and whistles it has that my 550 didn't have, the extended warranty, and the price point made it a great buy. I'm thrilled to own an E63, it really is the ultimate W211.
I also lucked out and found a local buyer for the 550. A guy who has been looking for one for a while made me a great offer. It will be gone by Wednesday.
I am fortunate enough to now have (excluding the 550 which is parked pending delivery to it's new home) 2 very refined and capable sedans in the garage with a total of 1063 HP and 1016 lbs of torque between them. Automotive life is good. There are truly some great buys out there right now.
I'll be mostly migrating over the the W211 AMG threads, hard to believe it's been 4 years since I got my 05 E500. It has been great to be here, the personalities, wealth of knowledge, information and support over the years has been super, I have truly enjoyed myself.

I heard the E63 is naturally aspirated, hence gives better gas mileage than the E55 ... Just out of curiosity, what mpgs are you experiencing cruising Fwy and around the city
