My wife has an LG Vue 920. I don't have a problem setting up the bluetooth connectivity, but somehow, the option to download the contacts address book from the phone is not available. Anyone experienced this problem before? Is it an additional setting on COMAND? I have an '09 E350 base.

my phone (htc touch) would not automatically download contacts either. I had to use the "beam" option on my phone to send one contact at a time to the comand unit using the "receive business cards" option.
