i just got a leather and wood sterring wheel for my 06 e350, i was wondering if anyone has installed one themselves and if it is a difficult job, if so maybe someone can send me some detailed instructions, any help would be great

I GOT IT FROM EXPRESS BODY PARTS ON EBAY YES THE BLACK MAPLE, I BELEIVE THEY GAVE GOOD DEAL ITS ORIGINAL MERCEDS WHEEL FOR 400 SHIPPED TRY TO HAMMER THEM DOWN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

This guy says it is a wood "cover" on his steering wheel..Looks good.

Found the pic on ebay, a guy is selling his 2004 wagon.

Interestingly enough, in addition to the fake wood steering wheel, he also installed fake badges on the rear of his 2 wheel drive E-320 Wagon: E350 and 4-Matic:

Should i disconnect the battery brfore installation and if i do so will it leave any error codes or can i do it without disconnecting like the instruction on top
