Question Looking for 08 E550 or E350

I have an 2003 E500 purchased new it has been a great car to drive not too many problems but now looking for something newer 2007 or 2008. A couple of questions
I want RWD I have a awd to use in bad weather. Will I be unhappy with 350 performanc I love the acceleration of the 500.
I live in the North east and E550s are hard to find as well as rwd 350s
I have the sport with BiXenon lights and don't want to give this up how do I know if cars I see on the net have this option?
What headlights are standard and is 550 different than 350?
Thanks
Any help will be apreciated

2017 AMG GTS
I live up in the northeast too in pennslyvannia and ive only seen about two E550's. I would say that the xenon lights should be standard on all the 550's, but dont take my word for it.

GL with finding the right one!

I had a 2004 E500 and since '07 an E550... If you love your 500 the 550 will absolutely blow you away. Xenon equipped 550s have P2 package with all the goodies.

Its a GRRrrreat car! Keep looking. Beware of cars from FL right now many many cars got flooded in torrential rains (Dec 18th Ft Lauderdale area) and might be being totaled or salvage/repaired.

if it has keyless go, it should have HIDs with cornering lights (P2 package). ya, the 03s didn't corner so you will notice a difference.

Too bad you don't live in the north-west. I have an immaculate 07 E550 4matic, P2, split folding seats with only 4,000 miles. Will be looking to sell it early spring.

If you've driven a v8, you will miss the torque

with the 04 - 06 E's, if you got the lights from factory, the headlamps turn when you turn the wheel while the car is moving. with the facelifted 07 - 09's, if you got P2 which includes BiXenon and keylessgo, not only you would get cornering headlamps, but cornering fog lamps as well. Lol, the new E with BiXenon's doesn't even give you fog lights, they remove them for that LED daytime strip.

P2 is for the 2007+ cars. For 2007+ MB broke down things into a different style of packages. It became more similar to the 00 - 03 packages (E1, E2, E3; CL1, CL2, CL3, etc).

P2 includes BiXenon headlights with curve illumination and cornering fog lights and keylessgo.

You have the AMG sport package vs i have what was called the appearance package aka regular sport package.
